Randi Collin

Randi Collin is a Health Psychologist who offers therapy for adults struggling with their mental health and wellbeing, especially in the context of physical health challenges and significant life transitions. Providing a safe and supportive environment, she takes a holistic approach to wellbeing and tailors her treatment to suit clients’ needs, values, and goals.

Previous work across the public health system, ACC rehabilitation programmes, and private practice has allowed Randi to gain a deep understanding of rehabilitation and adjustment following health events, illness and injury (incl. chronic pain, concussion, cancer, and ENT-related conditions). She is passionate about helping individuals optimise their general wellbeing and has a special interest in supporting individuals adjust to their roles as caregivers or parents.

Randi draws on theoretical models and skills rooted in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment Theory, and compassion and mindfulness-based treatments. She is bilingual and offers treatment in German as well.

Randi is currently accepting new referrals. She is available for in-person appointments on Tuesdays and, by negotiation, offers telepsychology on other days.
