Randi Collin

Randi Collin is a Health Psychologist who offers therapy for adults struggling with their mental health and wellbeing, especially in the context of physical health challenges and significant life transitions. Providing a safe and compassionate therapeutic space, she takes a holistic approach to wellbeing and tailors her treatment to suit clients’ individual needs, values, and goals.

Her experience across the public health system, ACC rehabilitation programmes, and private practice has given Randi a deep understanding of adjustment and recovery following health events, illness and injury – incl. chronic pain, concussion, cancer, and ENT-related conditions. She is passionate about helping people optimise their overall well-being and has a special interest in supporting individuals in adjusting to their roles as caregivers and parents.

Randi draws on theoretical models and skills rooted in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment Theory, and compassion- and mindfulness-based treatments. She is trained in EMDR and is bilingual, offering treatment in German as well.

Randi is currently accepting new referrals. She is available for in-person appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays and offers virtual therapy sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays.
