Dr Lotte Williams

Lotte is a UK trained Senior Clinical Psychologist specialising in sports psychology and athletic performance.  She has extensive experience across the public sector in physical health and paediatrics, with an in-depth understanding of complex pain and the impact of illness or injury.  She also has specialist training in the treatment of eating disorders and has a particular interest in eating concerns, body image and Relative Energy Deficiency in Sports (RED-s).
Lotte works across the lifespan, is trained in a range of therapeutic models and believes in working integratively.
